8 Months!

Mr. Liam is 8 months old!

He is 22.5 pounds! He still has no teeth! He is still happy to have his toys brought to him or grab what is in reach - meaning he doesn't crawl - though he is showing sings of it. We switched him to his big boy car seat since he was getting way too heavy in his bucket. He likes being able to see more! He loves to eat! We are trying all different fun fruits and vegetables! He is still curious as ever!! He loves knowing what is going on and loves to try and figure out things for him self. He knows when he does something new and exciting because he gets a proud look on his face! He is still a horrible sleeper. Lately we have let him sleep in our bed, but I am trying to stop that before it become too much of a habit because he is a HUGE bed hog! Casey and I have no room in the bed when he sleeps diagonal! Though he does give nice back massages before he falls asleep! He is such a happy little guy! He is also really good at entertaining himself. He is so much fun!!

8 Month Old Liam

At the end of my photo shoot I was excited to get this picture of Liam. Lately he is obsessed with his tongue. He likes to roll it back and touch the top of his mouth with it. I was so excited to get a shot of him doing this. Well while reviewing my photos I took of him, I realized he was pretty much doing it in every picture! It's pretty cute!

One more thing, Liam LOVES to stand. He is good at balancing and holding himself up. Here he is holding himself up on his exersaucer, which is on a rocker base, so it moves and he still can balance and hold himself up!! I think he looks too little to be standing! But he loves to stand! Who knows maybe he will not crawl and just go to walking!

Oh my gosh, I can't believe he can stand on his own. Wow! Way to go Liam!

Adele was the same way-loved to stand, had no interest in crawling...but she did crawl eventually, and then we thought she would never walk (Although she was technically "cruising" before crawling, I think!)

Sorry about the poor sleeping!
