Well 3 and a half months later I finished my first scarf.
Yes its April and hopefully I won't need it until next year, and its a little short for a scarf, but I am still happy to have finally completed it!
I think I should probably start on my next scraf, that way it will be ready for next Winter!

I still need to knit 11-month old Anna a stocking! It's hard to get started on knitting projects...a big commitment! Congrats on the 1st scarf!!!
