House to Rent for next semester...

So we only have the awesome house we live in now for the semester, and instead of renting a crappy college apartment, I posted a listing on Craig's List asking if anyone had a house to rent....

My very first response was too good to be true....

I am in fear of loosing my home. I have property up north of which I am making payments on. I would be glad to lease out to responsible adults. I am open to arrangements. I have a 3 bedroom home, only 10 minutes to MSU and E. Lansing. Either one bedroom for $500.00 ----or a small bedroom for $350.00 this includes utilities-- My son would like to rent out a 3rd bedroom if possible he is 22.

You would have access to a living area/kitchen area furnished/bathroom furnished/ and a 30x40 pole barn, your own driveway.

I would like to be able to use electricity in drive way and stay in a travel trailer if you would permit, that way I can pay all utilities and tax's and remain local to my job. I do also have two kennels with female huskies that I would like to keep --if you are open to any of these conditions we can talk.
